    Create the portal

    Generate a unique upload link or API endpoint for the project. Set the expected file type, required columns, cleaning options, expiry and delivery destination.

  2. 2

    Recipient uploads

    Recipients verify with a one-time passcode and upload their file, or an automated flow submits through the API using a project API key. No account to create and nothing for recipients to install.

  3. 3

    Validate, clean and deliver

    WurkSafe checks the file against your rules, runs duplicate checks and the cleaning steps you enable, then delivers it to Forsta, S3, Azure, your SFTP, Project Folder or internal storage. No copy is retained.

Can clients upload without creating a login?

Yes. Clients can upload files securely using a one-time passcode, with no need to create or remember a login.

Does WurkSafe check file quality?

Yes. WurkSafe uses built-in validation rules to check file structure, naming conventions and required fields before accepting an upload. Recipients are warned before submission when something is missing, and the cleaning options you enable are applied before delivery.

Can we integrate this into our workflows?

WurkSafe supports portal intake and per-project API submission. Validated, cleaned files route to the destination you configure for that project, including Forsta, S3, Azure, your own SFTP, internal storage or a WurkForce Project Folder.

How is WurkSafe licensed?

WurkSafe is available only as an optional add-on for WurkForce. The package covers up to 10 projects, with additional projects available and no limit on total projects. A limited 50% offer is currently available. Custom connectors, storage targets and integrations are scoped during consultation and quoted separately.

What happens after a file is validated?

Duplicate checks and the cleaning options you enable are applied, then the file is delivered to the destination set for that project. Every upload, validation event and delivery is recorded in the audit trail.

Does WurkSafe keep a copy of our files?

No. Files are processed in transit and delivered to your chosen destination. WurkSafe does not retain a copy of the uploaded file after delivery. Audit records capture events and metadata, not file contents.

Which destinations are supported?

Forsta works out of the box. Each project can also deliver to an S3 bucket, Azure storage, your own SFTP, an internal storage server or a WurkForce Project Folder. Automated flows can submit through the API.

Does WurkSafe replace our existing data process?

It sits in front of it. WurkSafe handles the secure intake, validation and cleaning, then hands the file to your existing workflow or storage. You keep your current sample structures and processing steps.
